Chiropractic Care for Everyone

We are now offering chiropractic care services for the whole family. Dr. Rebecca Wynn has specialized training to treat a variety of issues across the lifespan and will be happy to treat adults, teens, kids and infants. As a mom herself, she also loves to treat pregnant and post-partum individuals, and is trained in the Webster technique.


General Physiotherapy

Our standard in-clinic appointment type for adults and teens with general orthopedic concerns. This could include physiotherapy to assist with sports & fitness issues, core training rehabilitation, and running assessments. Our appointments focus on manual therapy, corrective exercise and education for all types of orthopedic concerns.


Pregnancy & Postpartum General Physiotherapy

These appointments are "regular" physio designed for people who are pregnant or in the 0-18 mo post-partum period who have orthopedic concerns.

These appointments do not involve pelvic exams or assessment of your pelvic floor muscles. This type of appointment will see you developing exercise programs that can optimize your health and fitness throughout the perinatal period.

Stephanie graduated from McMaster University in 2021 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Acadia University. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in pelvic health and knew early on that she wanted to pursue specialized training in this area.

She has completed post-graduate education in urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and trauma-informed care, as well as culturally safe, gender diverse care for trans and non-binary individuals in physiotherapy. Stephanie is passionate about working holistically with her clients, using a biopsychosocial framework that integrates manual therapy, corrective exercise, and pain science education to support meaningful, sustainable outcomes. She also incorporates biofeedback as a tool for pelvic floor awareness and control when appropriate.

She is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space where each person feels seen, heard, and supported in their care journey. Recently, Stephanie became a new mom, and her lived experience has further deepened her compassion and insight when supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Erika has been a practicing physiotherapist since 1995, with a diverse clinical background that spans multiple countries and areas of specialization. Her path to pelvic health physiotherapy began after experiencing persistent pelvic pain during her first pregnancy in 2006. Since then, she has devoted her career to understanding the complex biomechanics of the pelvic region and applying physiotherapy strategies to support bladder, bowel, and sexual function, as well as pelvic, hip, and low back pain syndromes.

Erika holds a Master’s degree and has completed all but her dissertation toward a PhD. She is a recipient of the Governor General’s Gold Medal as top graduate student and was awarded the distinguished Killam Scholar award. To deepen her hands-on skills, she pursued additional training as a manual osteopath.

Her clinical approach combines advanced manual therapy techniques with evidence-informed tools such as biofeedback, corrective exercise, and pain science education. Erika has completed advanced certification in the treatment of incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, bladder and sexual pain syndromes, ano-rectal disorders, pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy, pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction, and most recently, lactation-related concerns in both mothers and infants.

Amy completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2019, following a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and Biology from St. Francis Xavier University in 2016. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Amy worked as a kinesiologist, bringing valuable experience in movement science and rehabilitation.

Amy’s clinical background includes work in acute care, orthopedics, geriatrics, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. These diverse experiences led her to discover her passion for pelvic health physiotherapy. She has since completed extensive post-graduate training in pelvic floor therapy, including the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse, dyspareunia, and male pelvic pain, as well as specialized training in pessary fitting, manual therapy techniques, and biofeedback for pelvic floor dysfunction.

She has also completed teacher training in Clinical Pilates with a focus on pelvic health, and incorporates corrective exercise, breathwork, and functional movement strategies into her treatment and group classes. Amy takes a biopsychosocial and trauma-informed approach, drawing on pain science education and holistic rehabilitation principles to support clients living with complex pelvic pain.

Vanessa is a graduate of Yorkville University with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. After completing an undergraduate degree in performance arts, Vanessa spent 20 years touring nationally and internationally as a creator and educator specializing in mental health advocacy. More recently, she has worked within the mental health services of both the IWK and MSVU Counselling Services.

As a mom, Vanessa understands parenting challenges and complex family dynamics. She has experience working with chronic & persistent pain, medical trauma and grief. Vanessa is interested in reproductive health across the lifespan: from sexual health and gender identity issues, to fertility and perinatal concerns, and onto perimenopause and menopausal changes, she brings warmth and kindness to her practice. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. She began her physiotherapy career in the neurosurgical ICU at the Halifax Infirmary, where she developed a deep appreciation for providing compassionate, client-centered care during some of life’s most critical and vulnerable moments. Following this, Logan transitioned into outpatient orthopedics, where she strengthened her expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Logan’s longstanding interest in pregnancy and postpartum health eventually led her to specialize in pelvic health physiotherapy. She now combines her orthopedic and pelvic health training to offer holistic, individualized care for clients across all stages of life.

She has completed advanced coursework in urinary incontinence, corrective exercise for the perinatal population, and biofeedback for pelvic floor dysfunction. Sonya has been a physiotherapist since 1995, beginning her career in hospital-based care, where she worked extensively with acute medical, surgical, and intensive care patients. These early experiences shaped her compassionate, whole-person approach to rehabilitation. After returning to Nova Scotia in 2014, Sonya was introduced to pelvic health physiotherapy while working with Erika Burger and was inspired to pursue advanced training in this deeply impactful area of care.

Sonya has completed extensive post-graduate education in urinary incontinence, dyspareunia, pelvic organ prolapse, ano-rectal disorders, biofeedback, and pessary fitting. She has also received advanced training in treating endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain (CPPS), erectile dysfunction, and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation. Andrea has been a practicing physiotherapist for over twenty years. Known for her thorough and compassionate approach, Andrea prioritizes building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. She takes time to understand how symptoms affect their daily lives, working collaboratively to help them achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals. Her practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, and she creates a respectful, inclusive space for healing.

After graduating from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Andrea began her career in private practice with a focus on orthopaedics. Over time, her clinical interests expanded into pelvic health, where she now focuses her continuing education and practice.

Terri Robicheau, MScPT

Pelvic Health and Infant Feeding Support Physiotherapist

Terri graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2011, following a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University. She began her career in orthopaedic private practice, where she supported clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Terri discovered her passion for pelvic health physiotherapy through her own perinatal experiences, which sparked a deep interest in supporting others through this transformative stage with confidence and autonomy. She has since completed extensive training in pelvic health, including female urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, perinatal care, and cesarean preparation and recovery.

After navigating a particularly challenging feeding journey with her first child, Terri’s interest in infant feeding and oral-motor development grew over time. In 2021, she began pursuing focused training in this area, including infant oral-motor function and both parental and infant factors contributing to breastfeeding and chestfeeding-related concerns. Her practice now bridges two interconnected areas of care: pelvic health and infant feeding.

Terri offers both one-on-one treatment and group-based physiotherapy and is passionate about helping her clients feel informed, empowered, and supported in how their bodies function—throughout the perinatal period and beyond.

Jenny Roy brings a unique dual focus to our clinic, offering care in both pelvic health and pediatrics. She works with adults (assigned female at birth) experiencing pelvic health concerns, as well as children and teens (ages 0–18) of all genders, including those with pediatric pelvic health conditions. Her practice includes support for bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and developmental concerns in both adults and children.

Jenny earned her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2017, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Acadia University. Her interest in pelvic health was sparked while working in pediatrics - through conversations with new parents and through supporting children with toileting challenges.

She has since pursued specialized training in urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, dyspareunia, anorectal disorders, and pediatric pelvic health. She’s also completed courses in pediatric neurodevelopment, infant physiotherapy, dynamic core for kids, and pediatric yoga. Dr. Rebecca Wynn was born and raised in New Brunswick. Her early interest and participation in sports led her to complete a Bachelor in Kinesiology from Acadia University. She continued and obtained a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). During her studies she completed a certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University.

Dr. Wynn has a particular interest in sport injuries as well as perinatal and paediatric care. She has dedicated herself to furthering her knowledge through continuing education in courses such as concussion management, pre and post natal rehab, and paediatric care. She is a Sport First Responder, an ambassador with GrowCo and is certified in The Webster Technique.
